Tools: Prizes for inspiration and stimulation
Result: LIBRARIES that permit the Quechuas to keep their culture written like
any surviving language here.

Kamachikuy = Do the Task

Carry out the program under management of a Quechua Council.
Task: Create an universal Quechua writing
Responsible: Org. PUSAQ
Result: An Universal dictionary of Quechua.

Hatun Rimanakuy = Consultation

Participation in the process of consultation to the owners and users of the language in their search for a joint benefit and their making of a decision.
Result: Democratic decision.
Responsible: commission ARI.
Proposal of financing: Org. International.

Wayqa = Convoking

Identification and call for representative leaders from each linguistic group in order to get participation for the consultation.
Result: Participation of legitimate representatives from ALL linguistic groups
from the 6 countries where the Q-people lives.
Responsible: ARI commission.
